Huifeng Stainless Steel Rigging's wire rope clips primarily consist of a clip and compatible green wall posts/brackets. They are typically made of 304 or 316 stainless steel, offering excellent corrosion resistance and adaptability to harsh environments. When using, first select the appropriate size based on the wire rope diameter. Thread the wire rope through the clip, ensuring the inner clearance of the clip's U-shaped ring is 1-3mm larger than the rope diameter. Install the clip in the desired position, with the U-shaped ring positioned on the end of the rope and the pressure plate positioned on the main rope. Keep the spacing between the clips 6-8 times the rope diameter. The number of clips depends on the rope diameter, but generally requires at least three. Use a wrench to tighten the bolts until the wire rope is flattened by approximately 1/3 of its diameter. After applying force, tighten again to ensure a secure connection. These clips offer significant advantages, including simple installation, a stable and reliable connection, and the ability to withstand high tension. They are widely used in construction, green wall construction in landscaping, and securing ropes for outdoor installations.
